Out of town and needing a place to stay? We have a few options available this year.
Dry Camping – Sedgwick County Park, Shelter # 4 – October 18th weekend, ONLY
Purchase your Friday and/or Saturday night camping on www.bugorama.org, click the Merchandise link and then scroll to dry “Dry Camping” and place your order. Add it to your shopping cart and pick one or two nights. I will email or call you to confirm your night and add you to the list. Rules for dry camping will also be emailed to you, if you would like to see those prior to booking please email info@bugorama.org or please call 316-461-2426, leave a message if the phone is not answered. ALSO ADDED THIS YEAR – We will have a location set-up at the show venue to accommodate all types of campers (bumper pull, 5th wheel, motor homes, etc…) BUT… understand, there will be NO electric hook ups, NO water hook ups and NO sewer hook ups. This is strictly dry camping. If this doesn’t work, see below.

Hotel Camping – Candlewood Suites, an IHG Hotel
This is our host Hotel for the show this year. Please call them at 316-729-5700 to book your room(s) for the show weekend. Their address is 2405 N Ridge Rd, Wichita, KS. 67205. They are approximately 2 minutes from the show grounds, depends on how slow/fast your vehicle is ?. They will have a mix of Kings & Double Queens available. You must reserve your room no later than midnight on 10/14/24. After that date the room rate will change. You must tell them you are reserving under “Bug-O-Rama ICT” in order to get the rate. Group code “BOR”, Group Name “BUGORAMA EVENT”. One of those 3 will allow you to book your room(s). You can also book online at IHG.com and select Candlewood Suites Wichita Northwest, select group code and the book the reservation.

$119.00 per night for Queen Suite w/ full kitchen, plus tax/fees, MINUS 15% discount
